“Your imagination can run wild”
WonderWorks Pigeon Forge began as a Top Secret research laboratory on a remote island in the Bermuda Triangle. As legend has it, the world’s greatest scientists – led by Professor Wonder – were given the task of creating a man-made tornado and harnessing the POWER of it. During this experiment, something went awry and the power of the tornado was unleashed throughout the laboratory. This created a swirling vortex that was strong enough to rip the laboratory from its foundation. It was carried thousands of miles away and landed upside-down on the top of a theater in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Remarkably, all of the experiments remained intact and functional.
Great place to take the kids on a rainy day in Pigeon Forge. It has a lot of hands on science based exhibits, and the magic show is great too. All our kids (ages 12-63) had a wonderful time.
This place is a blast. Took my 11-year-old little cousin and we spent a couple hours here. They’ve got your pretty typical kids’ fun science experiments like giant bubble wands and electricity gloves, but then they’ve got some stuff that even I at 23 was enjoying as much as her like the 4D ride down the Great Wall of China or the roller coaster simulation that actually flips you upside down. They also had a ropes course and a round of laser tag included in our admission price. We got there right at 10 when they opened and around noon it started to get so packed you could hardly breathe so I knocked a star for that because I really hate crowds. It was also a little pricey, but it’s a great mix of kid and adult entertainment if you can swing the ticket prices.
A tiny bit worn around the edges and not very educational, but we hung out there two and a half hours with a three and six year old! There are a lot of 'add on' items that can make it pricey, but we had fun without them.
Very fun! Took the whole family and stayed for hours. We were there for about 5-6 hours. Lots to do and everything except laser tag is included. Laser tag is worth the extra. Something for every age, size and interest group.
This place is AMAZING! Although I do agree with @Emily Gill , It is a very neat place that anybody 1-100 years old will enjoy!
WonderWorks is so packed with fun that you need to set aside a lot of time for it. I spent at least 2 1/2 hours there and didn't get to see everything I wanted to see.
A lot of their exhibits or attractions are physically interactive and do have height requirements.
Best feature: their high ropes course. Lots of fun and very safe.
A lot of things here to see and well worth the money. They offer a great military discount. Watch for the height limits my 7 year old soon was too short for several things but he still had loads of fun!
There was a lot of really neat things to see and do, but it was not young kid friendly. I have a 1, 3, and 6 year old, and the 6 year old was only able to do rock climbing after we had him drink a bunch of water (& sneak some extra weight on him). All the other extra things we couldn't partake in.
WonderWorks was an amazing stop. We have never been to anything like this and we had a ton of fun. It took us about 2 hours to get through it.
