CAMPING Camping Information : Camping is available at the northern end of the park near the ocean. Each site has water and electrical hookups. The campground roads are paved while the sites are packed soil. Some sites accommodate RVs up to 40 ft.; other up to 28 ft. The campground is convenient to hot showers with restroom facilities. Camping Reservations : To make a camping reservation, call toll-free 1-866-345-PARK (7275) or make it online by clicking Park Reservation. Reservations must be made for a minimum of two nights. Reservations requested less than one (1) day in advance of check-in must be made directly through the park. For example: If today is Friday and you are making a reservation checking in on today, Friday, you must make the reservation by contacting the park directly. Standard Sites with Elec. & Water : 171 sites rent for $18-45/site/night. Rates are subject to change. A Snowbird Special is available for winter months. Please contact the park for more information. Note: Rates listed do not include applicable sales tax and nonrefundable reservation costs. 50 Amp Service Sites : 102 of the standard sites offer 20/30 & 50 amp electrical service. Designated Tent Sites : Ten trail sites for tent campers rent for $18.50-20/site/night. These sites have access to water and are available year round. Dump Station : Yes Primitive Group Area : A primitive group camping area is available for organized groups up to 100 people. (An organized group is defined as a group that holds regular meetings and has a lead officer or elected/appointed officials.) The area includes picnic tables, central water and nearby restroom. Reservations are accepted. To make a primitive group camping reservation, contact the park directly. Minimum rate is $11 -13.50 which allows up to ten campers. The rate increases by $5-6.50 increments for each additional five campers. PETS Pets : Pets are not allowed in the cabin or the cabin area, on the pier or inside the lighthouse complex. Pets are allowed in most other outdoor areas provided they are kept under physical restraint or on a leash not longer than six feet. Owners will be asked to remove noisy or dangerous pets or pets that threaten or harass wildlife.
