The fully accredited hospital occupies approximately 100 buildings on 1700 acres. Museum by appointment only Beginning January 2020, the Milledgeville CVB offers a once-monthly trolly tour of the grounds. You only get out at one stop (Cedar Lane Cemetery) and you still cannot enter the buildings. However, the tour is led by a former hospital employee and offers much insight into the history and buildings.
